The use of fiber trays

Fiber pallets can be used according to the size, specifications, and weight of your product. The fiber pallet itself is a composite material of glass fiber and thermoplastic. Using fiber pallets to lay bricks in the original quantity will definitely increase the load on the pallets, so please adjust the quantity reasonably. However, due to its much heavier quality compared to other materials, it caused inconvenience in handling and increased the workload of workers, so it was not widely used. Choose ones that are not easy to expand. Some fiber pallets were purchased at 25mm, but after the first half of this year, they became 26mm, 27mm, 28mm, and 30mm. Although the machine fiber pallet has undergone drying treatment to reduce size changes, due to bamboo being a natural material, the fiber pallet will deform with changes in climate dryness and wetness. In northern regions, different methods are used to regulate humidity during the dry season, especially when turning on the heating system.
