Machining and cutting of the fiber plate of fireproof brick

In order to obtain fiber pallets of the specified size and smooth finish, the boards must be cut and sanded. The dry fiber pallet factory under construction in the Soviet Union stipulates the use of electric loading and unloading machines to supply the boards to the cutting and mechanical processing sections. Then, place the boards on the receiving platform of the conveyor and send them piece by piece to the longitudinal cutting machine. The feeding speed is 10-75m/min. The longitudinal cutting machine has three saws, with the two side saws used for edge cutting and the middle saw for longitudinal forging cutting when necessary. The saws on both sides are equipped with a Flat noodles width crushing device. The maximum size of the plate width after sawing is 1830mm, and the minimum size is 1700mm.
The horizontal cutting machine is equipped with five saws, and the installation positions of these saws can be adjusted. The outer two saws are equipped with a Flat noodles crushing device (about 50mm wide). After sawing, the maximum length of the board is 5500mm.
After cutting the fiber pallets, stack them with a stacking machine. The height of the stack is 760mm. When needed, the boards can be transported piece by piece to the sanding machine through elevators and conveyors, with a maximum feeding speed of 30m/min. The sanding machine has two sanding heads, each equipped with a coarse sand belt and a fine sand belt, for high-precision machining. The width of the sanding strip is 2000mm. The thickness of the processed plate is 2-12mm. After sanding, the fiber pallets are sent to the lifting storage platform for bundling.
When necessary, the sanding board is sent by an electric loading and unloading machine to the receiving device of the board processing machine, which can process 12 survey seams on the board surface with a feeding speed of 50m/min. Then, send it to the drilling machine. After mechanical processing, the stacked fiber pallets are transported to the warehouse by electric loading and unloading machines.
