Non fired brick pallet is an auxiliary product used to support the brick blank during the production process of non fired bricks. Non fired brick pallets are divided into different types based on the production method and selected materials; 1. Non fired brick laminated pallet; 2. Solid wood pallets with steel reinforcement; 3. Bamboo glue pallet; 4. PVC pallet; 5. Scrap building templates nailed onto pallets; 6. Black waste residue synthetic pallet; 7. Steel pallets.

1、 Non fired brick laminated board (laminated brick board): Tianwaitian non fired brick laminated board is made of a type of pine wood that is not easily rotten or deformed. The pine wood is cut into pieces by a rotary cutting machine, and after drying, high-temperature phenolic adhesive is selected. The board is arranged vertically and horizontally in a cross pattern, and then combined in one go by a hot press machine under high temperature and high pressure. The characteristics of this pallet are: no deformation, no decay, wear resistance, strong impact resistance, and not easily delaminated. Comprehensive performance index: This pallet is light, thin, durable, has an average appearance, feels thin, and has a high cost performance ratio. Suitable for various models and large, medium, and small brick factories.

2、 Solid wood pallets with steel bars: Pine wood pallets with steel bars are mainly made of pine or miscellaneous wood. The pine boards are flattened by a planer, drilled, and connected together with 8-10mm steel bars. The characteristics of this pallet are low price and simple workmanship. Comprehensive performance index: high repair rate, low price, easy to rot, board thickness is generally 30-40mm, so the individual weight is relatively heavy. Suitable for selection in small and medium-sized brick factories.

3、 Bamboo glue pallet: The first layer of bamboo multi-layer pallet is made of bamboo strips with a width of 30mm and a thickness of 1-2mm. They are mechanically woven into bamboo joints and compounded with ordinary urea formaldehyde glue through a hot press machine. Generally, the finished board with a thickness of 20mm has about 9 layers. The characteristics of this pallet are: heavy individual weight, strong impact resistance, and not easily rotten. Comprehensive performance index: susceptible to moisture, prone to delamination, prone to swelling, not wear-resistant, and severely prone to surface fuzzing. Suitable for selection in small and medium-sized brick factories.

4、 PVC pallet: PVC extruded pallet is made of old PVC plastic as the main material, stone powder as the ingredient, and electrically heated by mixing and pressing with an extruder and a die. The characteristic of this pallet is that it has a shiny and attractive surface. The comprehensive performance index is: low impact resistance, high price, large investment, heavy weight per piece, easy deformation, fragility, missing corners, and fracture. Suitable for use in small and medium-sized brick factories.

5、 Scrap building template nail plate (old template): The nail plate made of waste building template is made entirely of discarded bamboo and wood templates on the construction site. It is manually sawed into small pieces according to the size of the plate and combined into shape, and then connected with nails. The characteristics of this pallet are: relatively low price, waste utilization, low investment, suitable for temporary production and small brick factories.
