Precautions for the production of fiber trays

1. Nut fixation of fiber tray
When producing fiber trays, it is necessary to ensure that the fastening holes and tray nuts on the components are not blocked by sealant, and that the sealant does not affect the nut mobility of the floating tray nuts to prevent subsequent screws or screws from being affected. The fiber tray installed with bolts is melted at high temperature and then pressurized and cooled by hundreds of tons of pressure machines.
2. Pressure facilities for fiber trays
If there are no pressurization facilities, the quality requirements for raw materials are higher, so the price is also more expensive. If the quality of raw materials is poor, the fiber trays produced are destined to have low impact resistance, heavy weight, and are prone to deformation and damage. When choosing, check whether the tray is wear-resistant, whether the tray is pressure resistant, waterproof, etc.
3. Mold requirements for fiber trays
The width of the fiber tray production mold should be slightly wider than the width of the material strip, and the material should be pressed inside as much as possible to ensure that the gap between the material strip and the mold is uniform during cutting, so that the mold can clamp the material during cutting and fully press it down to prevent irregularities caused by uneven pressure.
4. The load-bearing capacity of fiber trays
During the production process, manufacturers will conduct load-bearing tests on fiber trays to prevent wear, breakage, and collision within the load-bearing range. The humidity during the tray production process should also be controlled well. In production, we need to follow the operating procedures to avoid unnecessary wear and tear. In addition, through the production of fiber trays, the moisture in the fibers can affect plastic fiber trays, as the weight also increases with the increase of fiber humidity.
